Default C3 "Press Introduction"

Just a thought. I think the C3 body style has held up well for being 36 years old.

If no one had ever seen a C3, and the body style was just "introduced" at this week's Detroit Auto show, what would the reaction be?

I think it would be a show stopper! Timeless!

Thats great. I see the family traits in it for sure.

They should remake a C3 and sell em brand new. That would be cool.

I remember when the 1968 Corvettes came out. I was just a kid and thought they built the Mako Shark. The Mako Shark show car came out in 1965 and it looked great. The 1968 got its basic styling from that car.

:iagree: :yesnod:

The '68 Corvette was the car that made me "automobile cognizant" as a kid. It was the first car that made me realize that cars could be cool as well as basic transportation!! The styling of all the other cars, was for the most part during that time, pretty squared off and boxy. After all these years, the C3 still looks great! Even my father, who isn't a car guy, remarks about what a great body style the C3's were.
