Looking for previous owner - Allan Dupuis
This is really a long shot......Anyone know a Corvette enthusiast named Allan Dupuis???
As I was pulling my seats and doing some other interior work on my 66 convertible I found an old Doctors Office receipt. The patients name is Allan Dupuis and the receipt is dated July, 1987. The receipt is for a Doctor in Kamloops, BC.
I'm wondering if this Allan Dupuis was a previous owner or just a friend of the previous owner. Either way it may be a link to digging up some history on my car.
I've sent a letter off to the Doctors Office. I realize they can't give out patient info so I provided info on how to contact me in case the patient still comes to that office then he could contact me if he wishes.
I'm also posting on the other forum sites.
Like I said, its a long shot, but I gotta ask.....
P.S. I found about $2.50 dollars in canadian change. The change dates back to the early 60's so I'm thinking this Allan may have been the original owner. You can respond to my original post in the C2 section under the same topic title.

I searched for this name on Canada.com and found two people in Canada that matched. Go to http://www.canada.com/search/people/index.html and enter the name and it will give you their phone numbers. Call them up and ask them, the worst they could do is hang up on you. Good luck and let us know what happens. :)
