Checkout the March 2004 issue of Chevy High Performance magazine. There's your dream car right on the cover, upper right. Yep, a 1969 Yenko 427 L72 Nova. :eek:
In the article, it says only 7 are known to exist and the last time one changed hands the price was $285,000. Better start working some overtime. :lol:

I just got my issue yesterday and immediately thought of ---- Dep! :)
Here are some more highlights:
"They were capable of 0-60 shots in about four seconds"
What? "about four seconds? Not, "under" four seconds? :lol:

And here is one for everyone:
"The 7L Mk IV engine was first introduced for 1966 in fullsized Chevy models and as a Shelby Cobra-fighting additive in the Corvette. With the L71's Tri-power intake and performance visibility, it was a status symbol beyond measure, but most Vette owners were image-conscious poseurs rather than street fighters. More often then not, they were open-shirted gold-chainers looking for girlie action rather than a street race.
