fauxers I am sorry. Everything I have been talking about is for the older blocks with the conventional cam button. I have done a number of fords with the retaining plate and think it is a better idea.

No worries....I wasnt sure if many would be familiar with the late model blocks, and now I wonder why I didnt post this in the C4 engine mods section. The greater majority of us here in C3 are probably much more familiar with the earlier block designs.
