Default Plate Frame Ideas:

Alright, I found this place online who will take your designs from Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, etc. and will put them onto a license plate frame. I'm making this for my daily driven Rabbit so you guys driving your Vettes know I'm not just staring at the car because I'm envious, I'm looking at it from a fellow 'Vetter view (and I'm critiquing it  )

This isn't exactly a C3 topic, the frame is for my VW but it's about my C3 that can't always be driven.

Below (I hope) are 4 designs for the 10.25" x 1" bottom section of the plate frame I've come up with in Photoshop. The top half reads, "My Other Car Is A" What is the most eye catching design to you? If there are certain design details about one frame that would look good when mixed with another, please tell me that too. When it comes to them, I like them all, but then again I designed them so that's why they all look good to me.

I scanned in the C3 flags from my owners manual, the Stringray script from the fender badges I have yet to install, I borrowed the '69 Corvette script from someone's webpage- hopefully I won't have to use it in the final version because I'll need his permission and the bow tie was off a Corvette ad, I'd probably design my own bow tie if that characteristic gets voted for. :chevy

edited The pictures are no longer going to show up here. Yahell isn't cooperating with the remote linking. I can't wait to get crall.com back up and running. See my post below for links to my Yahoo briefcase.

It's weird, I can see them fine when I put them up but if I close my browser and come back, they're not there  Anyway, if that happens again, the URL is here: http://f1.pg.briefcase.yahoo.com/bc/...ase.yahoo.com/
Hopefully that works. If not, copy and paste that address to your browser. 1-4 are the same listed in my briefcase as they are here on the forum board.

If anyone wants one of these designed about their '69 (or other year C3) I'd be happy to make one for them too. I was looking though the standard "My other car is a..." and they were flat and boring. I wanted to make my own, make it stand out and be colorful.
