i haven't tried any of the new one's.. the 70s /80s designs didn't do anything
for me... weren't nessasary, a cut back side electrode was good enough :thumbs:

I was thinking of trying it. But after talking to a few old motor heads in our area they informed me the effort put into shortening the side electrode wasn't worth the aggrevation, not to mention that I'd never notice a difference with a stock street car ignition setup. So, I never tried it.

It can make a difference if your cylinder pressure is on the threshold of blowing out the spark or your mixture is overly rich. It doesn't do much of anything for performance if your engine is more on the normal side. It will shorten plug life, though.
