More stall speed?

More stall speed?
Currently, this is what I have:
355
9.0 compression, balanced
67cc Pro Torker heads, 2.02/1.60 valves, ported
same as AFR190s
Crane Power Max Cam,.454/.480 lift, 272/284 duration
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
B&M Holeshot 2000
TH350, 3.70
Dynomax 1-5/8 Headers, dual exhaust
When I upgrade to a speed demon with mechanical secondaries, I'm thinking that I could use a litte more stall speed. 2500? 3000? I don't want to get too crazy with it; it needs to still be a daily driver. Or, should I just stick with what I have?
