Re: T-Arm GP from Van Steel (Van Steel)
hello, is it possible to install a 10inch wide tread with the offset arms and still be able to keep the tire inside the wheel well???. the frame would be my concern. I love those wide tires but only if they stay in the wheel wells!!!

On the 68-82 vettes they all have an 11" wheel well gap. The max you'll be able to run w/out flares is a 10" rim. I can not answer your question without knowing what tire size you want to run. If you plan on running a low profile tire than it is possible and it will probably have to be on an aftermarket larger rim. If you stayed with a 15" rim and went w/low pros your gap would be very large. If you run a tire that has a high side profile like a 60 or 70 series tire than it would stick out a bit.

Thanks for the info, I think i will stick with my 255/60r15. I dont like flares and i like the classic look of the 15 inch rim and fat tire. :yesnod:

Dan, thanks, my rebuilt assemblies look great, although I haven't had time to install them yet.
I've posted pictures here on the forum, with very positive response.
I'm sure they will be everything I expect them to be once installed.
One question, I haven't heard anything on the credit back for the core returns. How long does that usually take?
Thanks, Bill

Re: T-Arm GP from Van Steel (Van Steel)
Dan, The Big Brown Truck delivered my new trailing arms while I was on vacation. I returned today to find them in the office. The really look B-U-T-FUL. I can't wait to get them on the vette.
One quick question. Would I have any problems using my original spindle flanges after I clean them up. Is there anyting that I should look for when I get them off the old trailing arms.
Thanks Dan.

Yes you can use your old spindle flanges w/no problems. Just torque the spindle nut to 100 ft/lbs. Just check the threads in the spindle flange. Other than that it should be fine.
