And remove two original lower ball joints that have to have the rivets grinded to remove them? Parts have already been removed from Vette.

Just make sure the shop knows what it is doing. You may even want to supply them with a brace (i.e. piece of wood custom fitted to the inside of the arm) that supports the arm during pressing. It's way too easy to damage the arms. You may want to consider having a machine shop bead blast and paint the arms. They'll look great. I wish I would have done this. Instead, I spent way too much time sandblasting the arms.
As far as pressing, I was able to remove one side. But that was it. I ended up having my buddy, who has access to a 350 ton press, press out the old and press in the new. Took us less than 20 minutes for three control arms.
