Hey Norval...

Found something that might intrest you, or any of the other suspension gurus here on the forum... a jig for building trailing arms, so you can make more then one size and identical copys!

I looked at the jig ZD75blue but don't know how it would work in our case.
I have in some post described how to modify our stock trailing arms to make them clear any tire that fits inside the frame and you don't need a jig to do it. The trailing arm remains it's own jig all the way through the welding process.
Takes about an evening per arm.
