Paste your URL or picture properties in between the [IMG] URL [IMG] tags. These will appears once your hit the IMAGE button which is located below the text box on your post page.
Teh pic has to be located on a website that will allow you to remote link it to the forum. Cardomain is a spot a few members use for free. It wont work if the pic is on your PC.

You have to upload your pic(s) to a location on the internet and then in
your post, click on the image tag button and place the whole address to the
pics between the image tags. It should look something like this.
(note the image tags are misspelled so they will show up here and not
actually try and display a picture)
[IMAG]http://www.yourdomain.com/pictures/yourcarpic.jpg[/IMAG]
