Why is there 2 diff colors here
I was just wondering if someone can tell me why the top of the dash is one color and the bottom of the dash is another color?? Did it come like that on purpose??

Could be wrong, but I don't think it came that way.....
It looks like the dashpad was replaced.
There's a light saddle & medium saddle and different shades depending on years, etc.......not sure but someone here knows.

Isn't this color difference pretty common? I see a lot of cars with this mismatch that I know for a fact didn't have the components changed.

My 76 is the same way. Buckskin interior with a Saddle colored dash pad. I bought the car new and thats how it came from the factory, also my steering wheel is saddle colored. Everything else is Buckskin.

My 74 was that way from the factory. The build sheet called for medium saddle interior. I left it that way, as it's still in fairly good shape.
