Default Brown bread question

This may seem kind of trivial to most of you, but which side is up on Brown Bread? The foil or the tar? Up meaning the side that will be facing the bottom of the carpet.
Thanks in advance.

Foil side faces the carpet. Tar side is sticky and is bonded to the floor.

"what a difference"

Noise, heat, or both?

noise, for heat I would just go to Home Depot and get some Reflectix and aluminum tape to seal it.
