I hate when I do stuff like this..
I pulled the driveshaft out to get it balanced. Much harder to get out once the diff is in the car. Looks even more difficult to get it bolted back to the diff.
When I took it to the shop, they asked for the trans yoke. Not knowing they could balance it as an assembly, I had left it on the car. :banghead:No big deal, just get it off the car after work and bring the whole thing back tomorrow, right?
Wrong, today is the only day left of the week my schedule permits me to work on the car and my wife and I need both cars on Friday. So it looks like I get the put the driveshaft back in the car so we can use it on Friday and take it back out again so I can have it balanced, then re-reinstall it.
On the bright side, I should be pretty good at it with all this practice. :smash:
I pray this will solve my vibration problem.
