Make sure all the areas where the weather stripping is going to stick is as clean as possible. Make a few practice runs without the glue because once you stick the glue on and it sets, that's it. An assistant is a good idea for the door pieces since they're so big -- I found myself jumping all over the place tyring to position it while my dad held it out of the way. Make sure you stretch it enough as you go around -- you don't want to get to the end and find out you're an inch short. And I would say don't be surprised if the door is harder to close with the new stuff, mine took a while to break in.
Also, working in a well ventilated area is not a bad idea. :D
For the door stripping I attached both ends and used pieces of masking tape to hold the weatherstrip in place. I started the glue in the middle of the bottom of the door. That way you won't be short or long as you get to the end. I glued about a foot at a time and used small pieces of a wooden paint stick to hold the surfaces apart while the adhesive sets up. You may want to adjust your striker bolt out a little until the new weatherstrip starts to conform. Good Luck, Craig :seeya

It should be fairly easy as long as you heed the advice above...
I just did this myself...used emblem glue from a autobody supplier...worked very well...another thing I did was after glueing, tape entire strip to the car overnight to make sure there are no sags in the stripping when the glue dries...let us know how it turns out!
