Can't remove my Heater Ventilation Box Help!
I am trying to remove my Heater Ventilation Box on the interior side. All dash panels are out, all the bolts are out - but it feels 'hung up". Any thoughts? I cannot quite feel behind it - so I am open to suggestions. I am hesitant to feel hard behing there as I do not want to damage any heater core fins... It has been so long ago that I did this - I could not tell you what is exactly behind there. :smash:

The heater core has pipes that point downward so you'll probably need to kinda raise the whole thing upwards first then it should be easy to remove. Also..all kinds of hoses and cables. Move all that aside and with half-nelson grip it should come out. I just replaced my heater core and glad I did it now as opposed to waiting for the leaks to start. Don't forget to re-insulate that area before you re-install the box. You say you have it loose..there is one bolt that is on the engine side under the wiper actuator. Did you get that one? :conehead
