I'm sure of the point where the leak is. When I pressurized the system, it was clear where the leak was. I just can't get a clear look at it.
I'm going to pull the head tonight and check it out in greater detail. I'll try and take some photos along the way. I have photos of the leak area if anyone wants to check them out. I can't say their the best.
As of this point, I'm really leaning towards the TrickFlow package with the 228º/234º cam. I'm currently running an old Eledbrock Streetmaster intake which is a single plane low rise manifold. I believe this will match the correct rpm range. I will probably move to an Edelbrock RPM in the future or maybe EFI.

Whatever heads/package you buy make sure you can use them in the future, may want to redo the short block next. I would wrap the original heads in plastic and get a nice set of aluminum heads, and a cam to go along with it since you will be getting new springs with the heads. :D
