Default I should be beaten, read this.

I had the urge to sell my bike, and buy a Toyota MR2. I feel horrible! I should be beaten and hung out to dry!

What do you think?

I bought a 91 MR2 Turbo at a Twp. auction.
And I found out that parts for my vette are cheap compared to this car.
But I love the look and fell. :banghead:

I had an '88 MR2. Glass tops, 5-speed, cassette radio, loads of fun. But, a 3-gallon gas tank (well, it seemed so to me), a trunk big enough for a gym bag, and dad-gummit if someone didn't back into it while parked at my wife's cousin's house.

I still have the vanity tag from that car - MRNOT

If you're not from around here, you probably don't get it. Most everyone thought it was Mr. Not.

I miss my RX7, it had the 13B motor in it. It was a 85. Fast lil car it was, I traded it for a Chevy C-10 that was a rust bucket.

Funny, I sold my ST1100 to buy the Vette.

Damn fast bike, even if it does sound like a Hoover vacuum cleaner.

Just a note, if you put the taller windshield on, it will start to vibrate (violently) when you get about 125 - 130 MPH.

I like those MR2s as well, so don't feel too guilty. I'd have one if my wife would let me get another 2 seater...but with a growing family it just ain't gonna work out.

They are like "junior" Ferraris.
