AR engine is in but !!!!!
Droped my new AR 350 in yesterday not ready to fire it up yet but Iam very anxious. The but comes in because when tightining the trans bolts to the engine things were not square and we broke a section of the trans. case around one of the bolts. Now 3 of the bolts are in fine with the forth just in place along with the piece of case just for looks my question is can this be repaired and how to do it? Does the trans have to come out what would you do? Thanks for any advice in advance and I will be updating everyone on the progress of my engine install.

You have just caused a lot of work for yourself, but fortunately the trans has an aluminum case that can be welded. Since you probably dont not have any extras you should pull both the trans and bellhousing so they can be bolted together and then weld the broken ear back to the trans in proper alignment. It`s not a fatal situation, just the time involved. good luck next time. :D

Thanks Ironcross thats what I thought but I wanted to get a confirmation.
The setup I got from Mark is thier 350 Dart motor, 4 bolt main block, comp cam, dart heads on paper 385 hp at the flywheel.
