Intakes and cams
I have a 9:1 compression engine, and I am thinking about using a XE268 cam.
What I have now is completely unacceptable for the street. The single plane and the cam I bought it with is making life difficult, so I want to scrap the cam, and get a decent dual plane intake, while keeping my holley 650DP.
so I am looking for a idle - 6000rpm intake or so. The edelbrock performer would be nice, but they dont come made for a squarebore, I guess you need some kind of adapter plate. The RPM airgap would be cool, but I dont want to shell out 200 bucks. I also considered the holley 300-36 which I guess is a knock off of the LT1 intake, but that is pretty tall. Taller in the back than the stupid wieand 7546 single plane I have. The holley 300-48 would be good but it has the EGR provision which I dont want, and is pretty tall.
Any Ideas?

Ohhh I dont know whats in it, all I know is it doesnt like driving around at street RPMs.
