Default wood shift **** wanted....

Anyone know where I might find a wood shift **** for an '81 Corvette? These used to be a dime a dozen 15 years ago, but I don't see any from the usual manufacturers (Momo, etc.) that will fit. I'm not that picky about what wood....mahagony, rosewood, walnut.. whatever....

Just trying to add a few finishing touches to a interior resto....

Thanks,

kdlp

I did check out the flameball.com site... some interesting stuff, but not what I'm looking for to match up to a wood steering wheel.

Terry, I'm going to sniff around a while longer but I may take you up on your offer. I have a few standard type shift ***** that I could breakdown and get the threads out of. I don't know anyone in my area with a lathe....
