A couple of weeks ago I reported my wipers did not work coming home from a show last month. I had not used them in two years.
Several of you told me to look for the switch on the cowl that is suppose to close when the wiper door opens. Actually, it is sorta embarrassing how long I ended up looking for that switch.
For some reason my eyes/brain just did not recognized it as a switch. Then this morning decided to look again and suddenly I knew exactly what I was looking at. I had looked there at least 20 times before and for some unknown reason did not see it. Puzzling!
Anyway, it was stuck. After jiggling it with a screwdriver a few times all is well again. So, if you have wiper problems go look for that dang switch.
wanna post a pic of that switch so others can see what were supposed to be looking for??
Thanks
Not the best pic, but the thingy in the lower left closes against what looks like a bolt, but is a button. When it closes it provides power to the wipers.
