This is probably a stupid question but...what are the stars buy your post, for example i have two blue ones, whats does that mean? And how do you go from a CF member under your name to senior member to elite???

Both number of stars and "title" have to do with the number of posts you have made. More stars = more posts.

You can click on a users name and then View Public Profile to see the number of posts a user has made.

For example, as of the time I am posting this, you have made 86 posts at an average of .58 per day since you joined the forum.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!

But what do they mean exactly? How many posts per star? And what do the colors mean?

My only reason for this post is to see if it'll change my status. In my 2 years on the forum this is my 50th post. If I'm a ***** I guess I'm starving to death. I enjoy most of the posts but all the smiley faces and such get a little tiresome occasionally when you're trying to find out a little technical info.

I changed from three to four stars at 1000 posts. I think you go from member (one star) to senior member rather quickly, then two to three at 100? The colors just go with the number of stars. (2 is blue, 4 is red, etc.) Joe

Naw, that ain't right. Look at the posters in this thread. I got five stars and their kinda turquoise. Comp's got five turquoise stars, too. But Cali's got five stars, two of 'em red and three a kind of purple color. Wazzwitdat?
