Default Switch identification

Can anyone help me ID this switch? In case you don't recognise the panel, it's the one from directly below the steering column. I know the bottom switch (yellow arrow) is the headlight maintenance switch, but what's the other one (blue arrow)? It looks like it's meant to be there and is a pull out/push in type switch. It wasn't connected to anything when I found the panel in the rear glovebox

Thanks guys, I reckon I might go and pull it out now. It looked like it was meant to be there but I was buggered if I could find any wires that might have once been attached to it. Consider it gone...

I'd love to be able to replace the panel, but it's a real pain waiting 8 weeks or more after I order the bits!! I think I'll just remove the switch and repair the hole

Brakes are a hell of a lot better. I still have to bleed them properly but can't drive it over the pit we have on our compound cos I have the steering column in bits all over the kitchen - she-who-must-be-obeyed is not impressed!
