More Sidepipe advice sought
'69 roadster, white, red interior, AC/PS/PB, non-numbers engine, 425hp LT1 from 71 Z28. Hate the heat coming into the interior, it makes the already unbearable texas heat miserable. Like the looks of sidepipes, should i drop the 3 grand on the repro side chrome covers or get the fiberglass and paint white, or get an aftermarket, who makes these? i want to get an entire turn-key kit, dont really want to go with headers because of the extra heat through the fireall and the bracket headaches with the ac and such. what is a good system to use with factory manifolds?

I spent the $3K. I just never would have been happy with the fiberglass covers. I did get them during a 10 percent off everything sale at Ecklers
