Does anyone remember when the 427 was called "The Rat Motor", famous for spinning main bearings? Tremendous power for the short run, not known for longvitiy.

Boofers just go to this site vintageair.com and look to the right for the 219 mph run . Now this car is run on the street here in Ole San Antonio. And there are a few others that run the 604CI as well in a few Corvette's running around but the people that have them dont stretch there legs just chug chug lol. .

Ya well he's just horny for the smallblock... "Horsepower for dollar you can't beat the good ole smallblock Chev" he says. I guess thats true but only up to... oh I dunno say 400 horsepower?
