Pa is famous for leaving road kill on the road forever. I can remember bringing my daughter to Penn State in State College in Sept to start the year and seeing the same deer on the road when I picked her up for Christmas.

Evidently Pa DOT don't do carcasses. But I must admit painting over them is a novel idea.
