Well I just bought the 76, the car ran fine, but yestrday I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't fire up, I figured it was the battery because the power windows were so slow, and lights were faded.
Anyway I got a jump start, and the car fired right up, I let it on for like 5 minutes, and after I turned off the car, and disconnected the cables, the car wouldn't turn on again.
it sounds like it is the battery. take it out and put it on a charger and see if it will hold a charge.and after it is fully charged see if your car charging systems is working ok, But if your car continlly ran it sounds it is working.

Also, people who sell cars often take the good battery out and replace it with the old dead one from their other car...
Yup it turned out that our batteries don't use a 12 volt like normal cars , and the dealer put one in there so it had no charge, and even if someone jumps me it wasn't good. But all fixed now, car at shop getting tune up, new spark plugs, new battery etc
