brake line
coming home from a good car show ,iwas getting a bad noise from the left rear .the noise or glunking sound ,was like the brake caliber was loose or there was something loose in the rear end .taking off the tire the rim was hot .the brake caliber was locked up .it was a bad rubber hose .called napa ,called autozone they dont stock these parts any more.e-mailed supporting vender [zip] these rubber hoses fit 63-82 but they dont stock them any more? sorry...... my mistake i e-mailed zip and the parts are on the way .but i would have thought that my local parts store would have a part used by so many years of vettes

Might be a good time to upgrade to Stainless lines all the way around. If one has gone.....the others are probably soon to follow. Suprised Zip doesn't stock them....they're who I got my stainless from.

The stainless are nice and no more replacements - maybe they are on sale at VBP - got them there some time ago. You are going to be doing the dreaded bleeding anyway.
