Default Talk to me about alignment specs

I have an '80 that I use as my daily driver. It currently has the 1 1/8" front sway bar, 460 lb front springs, 330 lb rear composite spring and 5/8" rear sway bar and Bilsteins all around. Tires are 15" Radial T/As on factory alloys.
I'm wondering if I can optimize the handling without turning it into a tire eater by changing the alignment specs. My latest Vette Brakes catalog shows these specs for Daily Street:
Front
Toe: 1/32 in
Camber: 0 degrees neg
Caster: 2 3/4 degrees positive
Rear
Toe: 1/8" in
Camber: 0 negative

Specs for advanced street (not even close to autocross)
Front
Toe: 0"
Camber:1/4" negative
Caster: 2 3/4" degrees positive
Rear
Toe: 1/8" in
Camber:1/2 degree negative

Since I know virtually nothing about alignment specs, I'd like any experiences and helpful comments you'd care to share.

I would add more caster if possible but other than that, its' fine. 1/4 negative camber won't cause tire wear.

The advanced street is good. If the shop can dial in a little more caster it would be good. Tire wear will be much more even than the stock spec. Stock spec wears out the outer edge of the front tires unless you drive like a grandma.

That's what I run. I also added the VB&P adjustable struts to the rear and poly front bushings. Very happy with the results.
