Battery Tender
Never had one before. Can I put it on my battery and leave it on for a few weeks without and problems?

I have used them extensively with no problems. Keep in mind that they are not designed to be a battery charger but to maintain a charge in the battery. If you start with a well charged and maintained battery the Battery Tender will have your battery ready for use, even after several months of sitting idle.

Okay! That is what I was looking for; something to maintain the battery.
BTW, battery would not start the car. Placed battery tender on it and 90 minutes later the tender indicates it is fully charged. Planning to leave it on since I only drive the car every couple of weeks or so.
