Default Need help to identify some parts

Hey there.

I just imported a Corvette from 1969 from USA to Denmark, Europe.
There are some things I need to do, before it will be shown around, in the spring 2005.
Can someone please help me to identify the front end rear end of the Vette ?
And can someone help me to find original (new or used) parts for the Vette, so it will be a 1969 model ?
This is very important, as it needs to be original as the taxes will be pretty much higher if it aint original.

I hope my links works

I am also interested to get knowledge about how to get a lot more HP in this Vette.

Best of Vette regards from Denmark
Morten

You have an 80-82 style rear bumper on your car. Chrome bumpers are correct for 1969. The front end appears to be aftermarket and I've never seen one exactly like it. Correct '69s had pop up headlights and a chrome front bumper. Side fenders (with the louvers and inserts) appear to be correct. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but's it's going to be expensive to get your car back to stock. Good luck.

to get that back to factory first you must find someone who knows how to work witf fibber glass or less you know how to. then you need to by a complete front, which is top sournd, fenders, front grill area, hood, headlight buckets, vareies supports, and most lilkely inner fenders. then you will need rear quarters, deck lid, and the back. also you will need a grill, and all 3 bumbers. that is a start

Looks like the wiper door is missing, too. I'm willing to bet that the whole vacuum system is gone...not to mention that hood and trim and wheels.

What does the interior look like? Whoever owned it when those mods were made obviously had the money and motivation to change more than just the outside...
