Dear Abby!
So, I took our 9" tv/dvd combo, the one that my wife uses in the van for long trips to keep the kids entertained. She caught me in the garage!
using it. Her reaction?
I had plugged in the tv, and put American Grafitti in. Placed the tv on the hood grill near the windshield and sat in the car with my 11 year old son, eating popcorn and watching our "Dirve In feature".
I told the wife I'd take her to the "Drive In" next week (after the kids are in bed). Since there are no more drive in around here, one must improvize.
I wife thinks I need "help". We have a 56" wide screen hooked up to a home theater downstars. But I told her, I couldn't figure out a way of getting the Vette into the basement with out a lot of noise and damage.
This was the next choice.I've had this vette, one year tomorrow. Should this have worn off by now? Do I really need help?
Can I still post here sometimes?Signed "Still Crazy After All These Years"

You are a sick man and urgently in need of psychiatric help. Please quit playing on the internet to seek advice and call the mental help line in your area immediately! This is one of the most stunning displays of mental illness that I think I've ever encountered in the human species.
Imagine, watching a 9" TV in the garage while a big screen TV is left unnattended in the house and doing this in the presence of your child! The socialist workers on behalf of the SPCTV will be over to confiscate your big screen TV right away. Just listen to what the men in the white coats say and nobody will get hurt.
We'll have to confiscate the 'Vette for evidence as well...scene of the crime, you understand.
Abby
(or is it Abbie?... or is it Abbie Hoffman?...or is it me that needs help?)
But why don't you have the big screen in the garage?
Please. Call off the dogs. I've just moved the 56" into the garage. I'm going to have a little trouble getting the 442 out of the basement however.
Does anyone have an extra hood? The 56" doesn't sit on it as well as the 9" did.
