Default Gonna have me the COOLEST C3!

Almost done glueing the Reflectix down. Just now remembered that there's foil TAPE too for the edges! Thank goodness for Budweiser and cool nights! The POR15 was put on over the coating of RustOleum that was already posted. Thanks again to Cali,68.

Yes that's reflectix over the Differential hump Also there's Reflectix over the top of the driveshaft tunnel toward the rear, under the molding. Only thing left before the carpet, is to put Reflectix over the shifter area of the tunnel! It's really late now though and I think that can wait a day.

ride Paul....keep up the good work. Ya know, the only thing I don't like about the reflectix is that "crunching" sound when you step on the carpet. Oh well...small price for cool feet!
Good Luck
Eddie

Sorry for the silly question, but what does reflectix do?

Paul

Later models like 77- came from the factory w/ similiar. The A/C duct to dash end vent can be opened to the floor.

Paul - Don't forget the seat back area and also, if you haven't already done it, make sure and put in the foam collar on the bellhousing that stops the airflow of hot engine air into the tranny tunnel.
You're going to be MUEY surprised with a COOL ride!

Keep any unwanted heat and noise out from coming inside the car.

I presume you're talking about the one that to the right of the steering column? Yea that one isn't even connected to the A/C Duct at all; the connector is gone and there's just a square hole in the duct. I've been trying to decide whether to close that hole up to get ALL the air out to the ball on the left or not.

While the dash has been out, I've resealed the whole A/C system includeing all the foam seals and taped seals in the ducting. It's been a few weeks now and I'm SOOOOO anxious to finish her up!

NOISE too? Wow that would be an unexpected bonus
