Carlisle questions
Leaving in the morning for Carlisle. Cant take the vette because of all the stuff I am hoping to buy. First thing, I am leaving from marlyand and hoping to get there around 8. Should I leave any earlier or will I miss the traffic up there and get a decent parking spot around that time? Also, I plan on buying a load of parts and want to know where the closest place to park is in reference to the vendors? I really dont want to walk a mile with a full set of brakes and bumper covers in my hands. I think that will do it, if you have any other usefull info please let me know.

There are boys with wagons that will haul your stuff right to your car on the street. Not for free or course
Also , you can park on neighbors lawns right across the street if you got $ 10. Otherwise , plan on hiking the mile.

Parking at Carlisle
Right down the street from the fairgrounds is a huge open park. They use it as a parking lot during Corvettes at Carlisle, I paid $5 bucks last year to park there. It's safe and close 1/4 mile from the fron gate.Also if you get there early, there's a small gas station directly across the street from the main gate on a triangle that holds like thirty cars.
