MSD6 Run on fixed, but more problems problems problems
So I finally got around to fixing my engine run-on problem. I put a diode on the wire from my IGN fuse box tab to the electric fan relays. Apparently juice was leaking into my igntion circuit. Eventually I'll move the fans to the ACC circuit to isolate the ignition. No real good reason not to have them on the acc circuit.
My new list of problems includes...
- Wiper door window doesnt work, vacuum issue. Either does the override.
- Only one headlight opens. Man, I replaced the actuators and relays like a year ago too. Ugh.
- Wiper motor doesn't park the blades. I have the proper motor and just have to install it.
- The key buzzer and horn are causing me problems (see other post)
- Dipstick broke off into the block. Looks like it was rubbing against a crank journal. So I'm gonna change the oil and filter to get any metal particles outta there too. Do those engine flushes work??? Later I'll retrieve the 3" dipstick from the pan.
So I back off my ars and going to start chipping away at the list one atta time. When it rains it pours.
