Instant Messages/Non-Functional

Someone asked me a question re TH350/TH500 selector shaft seals this evening via the quick/instant message route. I cannot find a way to reply. I have harped on this before. It does get annoying as I do wish to reply. What's the solution?

at the bottom of the message there should be two buttons, Forward and Reply (used to say Quote)

I talked with Jughead earlier today via IM and it was working. They may be working on getting the forum back together correctly right now and it may be malfunctioning.
