If I sell my "wrong " Torker and Holley and drop back to a 2 plane and maybe 4MV, will the 4MV have to be changed for a larger one if I end up with 383 or more stroker ??

No, many like the Q-J for mileage. You might want to find out which Holley you have.

The Q-Jet is 750 cfm, which is plenty big enough for a 383.
