On Ebay about a month ago when I was looking for a Vette ( had to be bright red ) there was a Greenwood ( plus extras ) which they claimed had only done 1700 miles !1
OK it looked brand new - and they wanted $29 big ones.
Must say it was pretty spectacular, but I was not happy with the rear end treatment - can't remember what just now - but something was not quite right for my personal eye.
Anyway - anyone here got a C3 that looks like it was just " beamed down " or would put the GM design team to shame.
Show up, please if you have.
Also, would like to see the most chrome adorned car - bumpers, side pipes, etc. Are you Mr Duraglit at the weekend ??
Regards,
Hugo.
PS, Don't drink and drive.
Remember the old saying.................
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me, than a full frontal lobotomy !!
How about a Corvette wagon???????? You could buy kits for these back in the 70's..........I guess they were popular 'cause there was more room for *******'
dial up, forget about it. this is not my vette, i wish. let me direct your attention to the alltime ultimate beautiful vette in my opinion. it takes your breath away. the fabrication that went into this vette is just mindbogglin. on page 4 of his site is a c3 wagon he fabbed. enjoy. http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/591305
that thing looks plain stupid with that ugly *** roll bar... yuck
the 4 supertrapps and the porsche like rear end aren't my taste either.. this car spells overdone and poser all over it. He also claims to have C5 front suspension, well...it's a C4 setup, the C5 setup is easily recognised by the fact that the upper ball joint hangs under the spindle, the C4 has it sitting on top..and what do we see in the pics? It looks like a lot of great fabrication went into it but the styling department really messed up.

Yeah, a Corvette should look just like every other one.....
Personally, I commend the guy for buiding his car, not what everyone else says it should be.

All vettes don't have to look the same, but they shouldn't look like that either. Alot of work for nothing IMHO.

That really sums up what I was thinking, a little bit of taste and that could've been a really cool car. but.... the body's too busy, ugly mufflers, ugly tail lights, badly done rollbar, ugly dual gascap thing, gastank looks like it belongs on a semi, way too many gauges in one place... what a shame.
