I'd show you photos but I won't be home for another two months. What are your goals with you're stereo? Kicker makes square 8" subs that sound like 10's. I recommend going with them. You get the best of both worlds - Good bass and very little lost storage space.

i agree about the 8's i had 2 -10's but put 2 -8 "phoenix gold subs in a small box with a rockford fosgate amp and it sounds better then the 2 10;s i had.And i have room for the ttops and bottle still.
Check out the Kenwood WooX powered sub. That is what I put in my sub and it is plenty for the small confines of a an 80 Vette. Infinity also has the Bass-link T, which is a new more potent version of their original Bass-link sub. These will allow to continue to store your T-tops behind the seats still.
