Default BB aluminum head gaskets?

Maybe I just worry too much, but below are pictures of two head gaskets. The top one is an LS-7 head gasket from GM specifically for GMPP Signature Series #12363390 aluminum heads. In fact, it's the only one I could see that was available from GM.

The second gasket is the one I removed from the peanut headed '87 454. They are pretty close except the new LS-7 gasket doesn't have the 3 large holes at the bottom between the cylinder holes.

Here's a picture of the heads. Looks like the lower passages are there???

Is this LS-7 gasket ok? It's listed as the gasket for Mark IV engines with aluminum heads.

The heads are installed and all torqued down, so if these gaskets don't work, I'm in for more work.

I don't think i've ever seen a bb head gasket without the holes at the bottom, fel-pros #1017 has the bottom holes, went to 3 gm sites typed in part #10126768 ALL said that gasket will work, maybe gm knows something fel-pro don't. No worrys run 'um..
