Fouled plugs. Common on fresh engine startup. I was running AC 43's in my Camaro and had issues like that. Switched to 45's and it cleared up.

After you get it on the road and hopefully before you loose the cross hatch on the cylinders you need to seat the rings, there are various different methods but you have to load the engine by opening the throttle hard in 2nd or 3rd gear, I usually take it 3000 RPM and let my foot off the gas and let it slow down using the engine, do that 2 or 3 times then do the same thing to 5000 RPM 2 or 3 times and you done.

It's a plug boot!!!

Had the same problem....fire up, runs like a daddy-long-legs on hot pavement.
After about 10 miles of driving, runs like a kid with a big pee.

Had me drove nuts, untill I found and changed the culprit boot.
I guess the header would heat up and expand, shortening the distance to the boot and arcing out through it....
