I found several posts about the correct routing of the plug wires thru the motor mounts and under everything.
My Taylor wires have several nicks where the previous owner must not have been careful. In some places the ignition shield over the distributor actaully rubbed and made a gouge.
Anyway I plan to route them along the valve covers on little brackets and loom them nicely so they don't pass thru any metal edges. A lot of other muscle cars do it this way.
1. Does anyone have good pix and/or advice about routing this way?
2. Besides originality is there any downside to doing it this way?

I saw a set at a car show that ran all four wires straight down the lower edge of the valve cover. I've been looking for those wire routing clips, but I can only find them in billet aluminium, anyone know where else to get them in somehting a little less expensive?
Got the stamped chrome steel type at Pep Boys. I will tell you that I had to play with 1'' spacers on the valve cover nuts in order for them to clear the exhaust manifold. An also if you have air, you will need to cut a piece off the 1st 4-wire loom. Same on the other side if you have power brakes.
