Default hooker head price difference

i want to get the hooker sidepipes, and im noticing there are two different part numbers for their sidemount headers with a drastic price difference, is one chrome and one black? whats the price difference for?

Yep, chrome is expensive. The black part Number should state that it's a black finish.

Get them Jet-Hot Ceramic coated from Jet-Hot. Price is about the same as chrome but won't rust. I also have the JCL Spiral Turbo Baffles (www.spiralturbobaffles.com) and heat shields from www.cobrastuff.com.

The Hokker mufflers are junk and the heat shield will prevent you are the significant other from getting burned.

Black is cheap but if it ever rusts and scratched just sand and paint. Having a chrome bumber car I new I wanted chrome, but considered the Jet hot coating. Jet hot claims it will never rust, but the jet hot headers I had on my C4 began to rust after 5yrs. Plus the finish is a lot more dull than chrome and really shows on a contrast on a chrome bumper car, probably not as bad on a rubber nosed car.
