We just got finished doing some intake/head dyno testing here at holley about a month ago. We used the Holley 20deg heads and the 190 cnc ported afr heads on a ZZ4 short block. We tested the Holley 300-36, action plus, stealth, and several of the edelbrock manifolds, rpm, rpm air gap, etc.
We found that the best all around Holley manifold was the 300-36 which was a close second to the rpm air gap which kicked butt (oops, did I say that). All of these were tested with the "Systemax" cam which is ground by lunati.
The best power was with the Holley 20 degree heads, RPM air gap, and a 750 HP (0-80528-1). Which was around 430 flywheel hp. Of course different combos will vary, but that should give you a little insight!
