Sagging Door Hinge

My driver side door hinge is worn and sags when it is opened. Any helpful hints about how to repair it?

Most likely pin and bushings are worn. Kits for this are cheap... the fun part is taking off the door to replace them.

No, it is the bushings. In the past I have removed the door and taken the hinges to my workbench to fix them. I was wondering if anyone has come up with a simplier way?

Yes, I know. Just hoping someone had come up with an easier way. The only easier way I have found is to have a friend do the job.
