I don't have a reference on that, but it is not for a Corvette or even a Chevrolet due to the straight ahead fuel inlet.

5=76-79 production
3=probably really an 8 for 1978
5=4bbl California emissions
0=Division. 0 is supposed to be Chevy, but this one isn't, must be 3 (Pontiac)or 6 (Cadillac)maybe?
9=odd=manual transmission
