Help me ID this wire
Hi,
Please bear with me as I'm not that experienced in do it yourself stuff. But I am more than enthusiastic!
This wire is loose and I have no idea where it goes. I don't know if it's related to the lights issue I have. It is brownish color and goes into the headlight harness.
Any idea or suggestion?

It looks like it goes to the proportioning valve (brake line block). See pics. They are kinda old but it shows it pretty good.
