LoJack? or something like it.
I would like to do my best to make sure that it does not happen to me as well, but if it did, that I have a reasonable chance of getting it back.
I've heard of LoJack and the early warning system that they have sounds like the way to go, however, is there something else out there?

It would be hard to belive that they are the only ones doing this.
Any suggestions for me to look into?

I don't park it where I cant see it..sure it's a PIA (_!_) , sitting there eating your hamburger..or whatever with the car in your view. You know how these guys are down here..I wouldn't leave mine outta my sight ever! I know when I drive mine out..it gets alot of attention, thumbs up, etc.I already know it attracts alot of attention, so why would I want to park it somewhere and walk off??!?! This is not your sisters Wal Mart tampon fetching car...it your CORVETTE! Damn..I have gone off and sounded like a nut..but you would be too if you lived here with the amount of car thefts happening daily! Good luck bro to whatever you decide! Joe..in San Antonio! Woot! "Remember the Alamo!!!"

The Vette lives in my best friend’s garage though. A few months ago I went through hell with having my motorcycle stolen.
Someone just picked it up and carted it away in the middle of the night.
(YES, I"M STILL VERY BITTER!!)
The unfortunate fact of life is that I can not sit over her and watch her 24/7 with my AK-47.
Sometimes I have to leave her and drive my POS truck to go to work, to the gym, or to Walmart to get the girlfriend some more tampons.
Since the bike sprouted wings, I've been very paranoid about the Vette doing the same. That’s why she initially got moved to my friends place.
I am just looking for everything that I can do to insure her safety.
If that means installing a $1000.00 alarm, it is well worth it to help insure the fact that if something out of my control happens, there is a good chance of getting her back.
