I'm in Eagle (just west of Milwaukee). Have a 68 & 88. Here's a few clubs you can check out:

The Waukesha Old Car Club isn't "Vette only", but they do have some Vettes & the members I know are good people. My father was a charter member. I may join when a have a little more free time to devote to club activities.
Also, Holz Chevrolet (in Hales Corners) has a small car show every July 4. They move out all their inventory and open the lot up to the public for the show. The Muskego Corvette Club always has a reserved Vette area & some real nice ones usually show up, both stock & modified. I've seen everything from 54 on up, although not at once.
